Return Conditions
Return is possible within 14 days from receipt, if the product is unopened and in original packaging.
Return Process
- Write to support@fab-cakes-ltd.co.uk with the order number and reason for return.
- We will provide instructions and return address.
- After receiving the product, funds will be refunded within 7 days (minus delivery cost).
Exceptions
Opened or used products are not eligible for return for hygienic reasons.
